We all must participate in order to have a fluid appointment. So, we ask that you closely follow the 5-step process in order to create a better hair appointment for you as the Client and for the Stylist! This helps us not have the opportunity to upcharge on certain areas of your appointment— Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
We ask that you Prep your hair! This is for an easier haircut and a safer coloring process!

Wash & Condition Hair
Step 2:
Detangle Your Hair
step 3:
Scrunch or Apply Only Leave-In Conditioner to Help the Stylist to be Able to Section Your Hair.
No Gels, No Creams, No Mousses!
Please do not put any other products in your hair. We need to see it in its most natural form to properly do our jobs adequately!
Step 4:
For All Haircuts, Highlights and Lightening Processes—Dry Your Hair!
Step 5:
Come In With Your Hair Down
Lines of demarcation are formed when hair is pulled up in a pony tail or braided. Please leave the hair in the downward position in order to see the hair in its most natural form.
